Miss America

Miss America has changed and rebranded to become a more inclusive, progressive and feminist organization. With the launch of Miss America 2.0, the spotlight was turned on to women who are impressive in every aspect of their lives.

No one represents that better than Nia Franklin, the first Miss America under the new 2.0 rebrand. After many hours of interviews, we asked ourselves how to best package Nia to the world. The answer? To show to the world exactly how Composed she is. From concept, writing, and branding, this mini-doc series tells the tale of a classically trained composer, poised speaker, and confident performer.

To promote Miss America 2.0 and insert the brand into Instagram’s cultural narrative, we created GIPHYs that yielded 43.5M impressions.
